Grace Performance is offering a full-time position with a pay range of $22.35 - $28.35 per hour. The job is going to entail everything from basic vehicle services (tune-ups, tire repairs, oil and filter changes, general maintenance, and light repairs) to heavy vehicle repairs and diagnostics (full engine rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, suspension repairs, transmission repairs, etc.). A Master Level Technician is required to work on off road vehicles, snowmobiles, watercrafts, motorcycles, and EV vehicles.

Parts Sales Associate

Grace Performance is looking for an entry level Parts Personal to work a full time position. This individual must possess a strong work ethic and have a passion for putting their best foot forward. Anyone that is looking to be an asset and join a team atmosphere with the opportunity to showcase their abilities and grow with a fast paced Powersports business should apply. Position Description:

-Assist parts sales team with retail sales.
-Assist customers with requests and lookup of needed parts to complete repairs.
-Sell merchandise such as apparel, accessories, parts, and maintenance items.
-Set up displays and maintain existing displays.
-Restock sales floor merchandise and also stock room items.
-Assist Parts Manager with assigned tasks.

We are looking for a sales-minded customer support specialist to join our ecommerce team. You will provide support and sales to customers through our varying channels of communication, Phone, Chat, Email. Our ideal candidate would have sales experience of some type, have a good outward attitude with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should be able to develop prospect queries and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and creating sales-oriented leads in all facets of your job.

Responsibilities

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Provide data and guides to help the sales team
Develop and monitor performance indicators
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
Keep record of sales trends
Develop specific sales strategies
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

Skills

Work experience in sales, support specialist or sales support associate
Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Work experience in powersports in sales, parts or service. Or powersports enthusiast.
Experience with working in front of computers for extended periods of time.
